Il riordino della disciplina dei servizi pubblici locali di rilevanza economica – Decreto legislativo 23 dicembre 2022, n. 201, pubblicato nella GU n.304 del 30 dicembre 2022 e in vigore dal 31 dicembre 2022 – affida all’Autorità Nazionale Anticorruzione il compito di pubblicare la documentazione degli enti locali relativa ai contratti di affidamento ed alla gestione dei servizi pubblici locali di rilevanza economica, trasmessa all’Anac dai medesimi enti interessati.
